Our classes are designed to inspire our clients through goal oriented challenges while having fun.
Cycling will focus on endurance, strength, or intervals. No matter what the format the main focus of a Cycle class is cardio! (read: intense calorie burn)!
We want you to workout smart! Each of our Spinner NXT bikes is equipped with a computer that tracks your heart rate, calories burned, speed, and distance traveled. This allows you to work inside your target heart rate and actually TRAIN your body properly. No more wasted hours frantically spinning your wheels for little or no gain. Now you can spend your time working out in the most efficient way possible with 1/2 hour and 45 minute classes. Combining all modalities, Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Strength Training, Boot Camp, Barre for a well rounded fitness program.
Combo Classes are back to back 1/2 HOUR classes intended to enhance your overall wellbeing while getting the most out of your time spent exercising.

60 minute class that includes aerobic and strength interval training. Experience varied terrain, rocking music, and motivational queuing. All levels are able to train side by side in any cycle class - no judgements, no pressure - just you, your goals, and your determination to reach them - (we'll be there to guide you when you need us)! Only one of these on the schedule, Saturday 8am with Jonathan +
45 minute class is the same as the Cycle just shorter but just as intense!! Enjoy this quick boost of energy.
Cycle Express Plus
45 minute class in the spin room and 15 minutes abs in the studio.
AAA - Ass, Abs, & Arms
45 minutes of interval cycling interlaced with light weights to tone your arms and strengthen your core.
30 minutes of intense cycling intervals followed by 30 minutes of either Strength, Pilates/Core, Yoga, Boot Camp and more......allowing you to get a FULLER body experience. Increasing strength, balance and flexibility!
You can take one, two or all three 1/2 hour classes. Giving you the best of all modalities for a well rounded fitness program. If you can't make it to the first scheduled class do the second two.

A functional strength & low impact cardio class that will lead you through a variety of timed circuits designed to tackle all the major muscle groups while keeping your heart rate up. Expect a little of everything and a lot of results!
Born in the Navy Seals, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Leveraging gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises including yoga asanas.
A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This high intensity full body workout strengthens major muscle groups, increases stamina and improves overall agility and balance.
An awesome group conditioning workout using stand-up combat sports based movements including kicking, punching, lunges etc.
This class focuses on improving flexibility, building strength and developing control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving overall coordination and balance.
Warm up focusing on postural strenght and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. Ballet bar movements sculpt the body, abs, and improves flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga, full body movements synchronized to the breathe, stringing the poses together, creating a flowing moving meditation.
This class focuses on breathing, stretching, toning and more with the infusion of Yoga and Pilates based postures.
Restorative Yoga is about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. Every BODY can use this.Centering your breath and body, while aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness and gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to support and hold poses longer, promoting a deeper release in the connective tissues. On a even deeper level Restorative Yoga can calming the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System to its original state.
Level 1 Yoga/ Meditation
Perfect for new Yogis or those returning to a practice. Focuses on proper alignment of fundamental Vinyasa flow increasing strength and flexibility, and cultivating confidence in your practice. Finish with a guided meditation, and leave feeling calm and centered.
Yoga Asana combined with fitness moves. Keeping the heart rate at a fat touching burn. Be prepared for a quick moving total body workout as you lengthen and strengthen while keeping it at low impact to the body.
